Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

RIGHT TO CANCEL
UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing.
The goods must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned goods, or

Receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will include the original standard delivery cost.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Opened personal care products (such as skincare items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days.

After 30 days, customers may be entitled to repair or replacement.
We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.
REFUNDS

It may take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.
